The weather was kind with sun on the building early in the morning

Remember that even sugar free fizzy drinks are acidic & cause decay regardless of sugar & calorie content

Giving young children fruit drinks on a bottle causes this decay localised to their front primary teeth.

Do this at bed-time & the effects are more severe, as their mouth dries out, & so there is no saliva to neutralise the acid.

As the next door property is about to change hands, and with the agreement of the existing owners, the soon to be new owners, & Scarborough Planning Dept (having received 'Trees in Conservation area' approval) two trees on the boundaryare being removed.

The rather poor looking Leylandii is already almost gone (behind the hole in the fence) & the Sycamore that overhangs the buildings is being removed with the aid of a 'cherry picker' in this picture.

The 'just finished' photos done just after the surgery was refitted are all fine and dandy, but this is what the surgery looks like on a daily basis.
